- Worked with:- PC Pvt. Ltd. Nashik as Manager Admin & Security.
- Worked with MCGM-( BMC ) Kalidas Sports Complex, Mulund West as Assistant Manager -Security and Vigilance.
- Worked with World Trade Centre. Mumbai as Manager- Security & Fire safety
- Working with Security Guard Board as Recruiter & Trainer as well as &
- Associated with ASTM as a Faculty of Security Management for MSF
- Worked with SPEAR Security Solutions Pvt Ltd as PAN India VP- Operations

Founder Director Shri Vilas Raut, Naval Veteran as -Marine Commando honoured by President Late Shree Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma sir for his bravery with Great Management qualities qualified with Management Studies in PM & HR, Sales & Marketing from Shree Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune.
After Hanging the Naval uniform, he Joined Private Security Sector with a Great Experience in Security Management and Training with burning desire to scale greater heights. After deep introspection and analysis, he began translating his ambition into reality in private Security industry by starting “National Institute of Security and Safety Management-(NISSM), Mumbai in 2009 keeping his Training Track continue as payback to Society as Security and Safety Instructor in Private Security Sector.
The First one appointed by Labour Commissioner to Associate with Security Guard Board Mumbai and Thane Dist. as Recruiter and Trainer from 2010-2019 during this tenure around 22000+ Recruitment screening completed and registered 9000 + Security Guards and imparted Training 4000 + as per PASARA syllabus in Board for Labour Department-Govt of Maharashtra.
And Associated as Senior Faculty with ASTM-Bandra for Security Management for Maharashtra State Security Corporation-MSSC now Known as MSF-Maharashtra Security Force for First 04 batches. Played a Major role for setting up Training Institute at Usgaon Dongari-(Vasai) for MSF a combat Obstacle Ground.
Also completed Two International Assignment for Security Officers Refresher Training Courses for DGPC-Duke Green Power Corporation-Government of Bhutan. Government Hydro-Power Company.
First Time in Mumbai completed a High-Profile Personal Security Officer course for TRIG Security Group a Batch of 12 PSOs who deployed for protection of Piramal Group CEO.
Introduced a Protection Officers Training Course with SIA-UK- based Syllabus for Indian Hotel Industry Clubs and Bars.
Published Marathi Book in 2014 on Security Management keeping focus on Local Marathi Security Guard category who are not provided Training at Agency end and interested to pursue career Guard as “ Suraksha Vyvasthapan-Mulbhut ani Adhunik Suraksha Tantradnyan” “सुरक्षा व्यवस्थापन –मुलभूत आणि आधुनिक सुरक्षा तंत्रज्ञान”
